I recently had a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband at Carl’s and I just wanted to follow up with you to let you know how pleased I was with everything.
After my initial visit with Darlene, I left feeling like I was in good hands. That feeling was reaffirmed each time a friend or acquaintance would tell me what a nice place Carl’s is. When the big day arrived, I could not have been more satisfied. I chose the appetizer menu for our function and found the food was excellent (the hot food was hot and everything was delicious). The service staff was fantastic too. Every person at the party was raving about how great the food was and what a nice guy Norbie (our bartender) is.
I would definitely recommend Carl’s to anyone I know for a hall or caterer.

Carl’s Catering handled the luncheon after the funeral for Fern Ioyle at the Senior Center at St. Mary’s Elm Grove Church.
This is a note to say how well the luncheon was handled by your firm.
The food table was well presented and later offered us some very delicious food. Norbie quietly did a very efficient job of clean up after we and other had eaten. Norbie was very personable and a great credit to your firm.
